Fit test results and day two of Insanity completed!
Realized I forgot to post the results yesterday so here we go…

- power knees: 50
- power jumps: 25
- globe jumps: 5
- suicide jumps: 10
- push-up jacks:13
- low plank oblique: 32
Yikes! Can’t wait to see some improvements to that.
Just finished day 2: plyometric cardio circuit. Kicked my ass pretty hard but it feels so good! I was already a little sore today so I’m sure I’ll be feeling it tomorrow as well.
Recovering with this spinach, chicken, roasted red pepper, sprinkle of parmesan, and tiny bit of vinaigrette salad.
About to kick back and watch the Olympics now!
