Grocery haul!

I made the mocha overnight oats from my reblog a couple days ago

I had to switch up the recipe a little bit though.  Instead of chia seeds I used flax meal.  I also used unsweetened coconut milk in place of the skim and greek yogurt and a packet of sweet and low instead of the honey because I didn’t have any. It was good but it needed something else.  Thinking I might add cherries to it next time I make it. I really want to try the pumpkin recipe also!

Overnight oats are so convenient when I have to work 5am shifts. I love not having to worry about getting up and making something to eat, I can just grab it and eat in on my way. 

And speaking of work and chia seeds, we finally started carrying them! I’m excited to try them out!!

The before picture is from around October and the during picture is from early February. I’ve lost a few more pounds since this but haven’t taken new pictures yet. I feel like I don’t look any different but I feel like its pretty noticeable here!
